FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT includes the complete financial, administrative and maintenance operations of your Association. We, in effect, become your business office as well as your professional advisors. The areas * below are included in full service management. *FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT provides for budgeting, collection of assessments, banking, bill payment, delinquent account collections, periodic and annual financial reports. *MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT provides for budgeting, collection of assessments, banking, bill payment, delinquent account collections, periodic and annual financial reports. *ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT allows an Association to use our office facilities for an answering message service, word processing service, file maintenance and an information distribution method to your community. We will respond to residents calls for information or service, reply to correspondence, provide mass mailings, prepare Board packets for meetings, prepare newsletters and other routine services. *SPECIFICATIONS of a non-technical nature can be drafted for the Association in the areas of landscape maintenance, painting, wood replacement, deck replacement, asphalt sealing and other small repair projects: insurance; accounting; and other services. These specifications facilitate bidding and provide greater satisfaction with the completed job. *CONSULTING services are available on any topic of concern. We assist communities by developing policies and procedures for consistent operation, preparing legal documents or revisions, developing a budget, and resolving complex rule violation matters. *PAYROLL services are available. We will receive your employees' work hours, prepare the payroll checks and summary reports. Additionally, we can prepare the tax liability checks, quarterly reports, year end reports, as well as the employees' W-2's. TAX PREPARATION is available by our Certified Public Accountant. *EMPLOYEE ADMINISTRATION allows the Association to supply the job description and requirements to us. We will: advertise and perform the screening interviews, aid the Board's selection of a successful candidate, perform the induction interview and initial administrative processing, maintain records, file government reports, provide goal orientation and evaluate performance. |
